Beautifully built log cabin in secluded fenced gardens with views onto a private lake, set on the outskirts of quiet Flemish village with all amenities, restaurant, bar, butcher's, bakery, supermarket, all within walking distance from the cabin. Herzeele is easy to pin point on the map, just off the A25 motorway to Lille and a few kms from the Belgian border so ideally located for visiting Ypres and all the War Memorials in Flanders. Lille is a 30 minute drive and the wonderful coast lined with sandy beaches a short drive north.

The owner's pay particular attention to welcoming guests to the area, Patrick was born and brought up in the village and they are a mine of information. Cycling to the local Belgian breweries for beer tasting is a speciality !!

The cabin comprises 1 double bedroom and a second with a single and large bunk beds. The living area is open plan with tv , warm and cosy with a mellow pine finish throughout. Kitchen with hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, fridge with lots of storage space. Shower room and separate wc. Wooden balcony for sitting out looking over the lake, garage, barbecue and garden furniture.
