The house has been fully renovated and the entrance hall - corridoor has been stripped down to the local brick and shiny tiled floors are easy to maintain. A large living room with open fire, kitchen with dish washer electric oven and hot plates, fridge and washing machine look out onto the pond with ducks and geese.
2 double bedrooms on the ground
floor, bathroom and loo. Half way upstairs, small single with single bed and
cot.
Upstairs large gamesroom and 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds and 2 singles. Bathroom
and loo.

Herzeele is ideally situated near the Belgian border with its popular coast, and is only 30 minutes from Lille. Golf nearby with the Dunkerque course and Ruminghem, popular for short stays.
Calais and Dunkerque are a short drive away.
Ypres and the surrounding area is well know for battlefield museums. Tours are organised from Ypres and the last call ceremony under the Menin gate in Ypres every evening at 8pm is very moving.
The village has several cafés, a restaurant, post office, bakery, butcher's etc..
