The first impression is of a cottage nestling on the edge of a really pretty village. The setting of the house, in this delightful area, adds to its charm. The village has a bakery, café and is close to the busling market town of Montreuil sur Mer. Moncavrel is one of the most sought after villages in the charming countryside near Le Touquet. Popular for walks and golf, the area abounds in things to do and see with very good restaurants in nearby Montreuil. Etaples and Boulogne have some excellent fish restaurants worth trying.

Ground floor: living room with tv, dining room with  insert fireplace  and  fully equipped fitted kitchen ( dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine). 

1 large double and 1 smaller twin and bathroom with shower, loo and wash basin. 

 First floor: Huge double bedroom with additional single with ensuite bathroom.
This house is suitable for families with young children and families travelling with older parents as there are ground floor facilities and easy access to the garden.

The house is well situated near the beautiful Côte d'Opale coast, a short drive from Berck, Fort Mahon Plage and 84kms from Calais. The A16 motorway goes right down the coast and roads are easy.
